​Marjorie Morrison is a visionary entrepreneur, accomplished mental health professional, and licensed clinician with over 30 years of clinical and business experience. Known for her ability to identify challenges and implement strategic solutions, she has made transformative contributions to the mental health sector.

In her leading role as the  SHRM Mental Health Executive-in-Residence. In that role, she is building the SHRM Foundation and SHRM’s global mental health vision and strategy, while also fostering the development and innovation of workplace mental health products and services.
Morrison developed a proactive counseling program for the Marine Corps that remains in use today and founded PsychArmor Institute, a pioneering nonprofit that trains civilians to better support veterans. Later, she co-founded Psych Hub with Patrick J. Kennedy, scaling it into a leading digital platform for mental health education with over 1,500 resources and 30 million YouTube views, along with connecting people to care.

​Neil is a healthcare strategy and innovation leader. As a partner at North Gate Group, he advises clients such as health systems, payors, and venture studios. Neil is or has been an Advisory Board Member and leader for multiple startups in the Oncology, BH, and value-based care space. In his career, Neil has been a health system leader and a chief strategy officer for a post-IPO health tech startup, NantHealth. At NantHealth, he was responsible for portfolio management and building a new value-based care product line. Neil speaks at and helps lead a number of health care conferences, including Health Impact, HPN, among many others.

​​Neil also spent a decade at leading consulting firms, leading strategy and transformation projects. Neil’s clients included Kaiser Permanente, Lexington Clinic, Sisters of Mercy Health System, Steward, UnityPoint, Trinity, Dana Farber, the Military Health System, Montefiore, and the University of Virginia, among many others.

Head of Product, doctorly – is a product leader with over a decade of experience and a track record of building regulated HealthTech products from the ground up. At both Klara (HIPAA-compliant, US), a patient-provider communication platform, and doctorly (KBV-certified, Germany), a modern cloud-based EHR for doctors, he led the product vision and delivered innovative user experiences within some of the most demanding regulatory frameworks in healthcare.

VP of Product, Doctolib – leads the vision and execution behind products that are Improving the daily life of health professionals.  She brings strong engineering expertise to her role and is passionate about creating exceptional products that improve patient and health professionals experiences. Maud has progressed through various product leadership positions at Doctolib. Her objective: to build high-performing teams and deliver meaningful healthcare solutions across Europe.

CEO, Radiant Science – is an AI in healthcare expert with over a decade of experience building and commercialising deeptech healthcare ventures. She earned a fully funded PhD in AI & Medicine at Imperial College London, where she spun out a patented clinical decision-support venture, backed by UKRI and recognised as one of the technologies transforming the future of the NHS. Today she leads Radiant Science, developing responsible healthcare AI agents that streamline workflows, cut admin, and increase the revenue of clinics and hospitals. She also serves as a venture scout for EWOR and angel syndicates specialised in MedTech.
