He has authored over 30 peer-reviewed publications and manuscripts. His work is driven by a relentless pursuit of brutal truth in healthcare. That mission has led him to become not just a founder of successful healthcare AI and digital health startups, but also a healthcare fraud investigator. Today, Sergei is focused on health AI education and truth-telling. He runs the podcast “Digital Health Inside Out” (with his co-host Alex Koshykov) and the Substack “AI Health Uncut“, which has grown rapidly to over 8,000 subscribers in just a few short months.

Tanya Katzoff Bhatt has been advocating for others since she was a child, when she told her great-uncle that she wanted to be president when she grew up. Since 2015, she has been doing so for residents in Miami Beach.

With a foundation from the Miami Beach Leadership Academy, she became active in the Bayshore HOA; served as the president of Miami Beach United; was on the board of the Miami Design Preservation League, serving on its Governance Committee; and was appointed to the Miami Beach Planning Board in 2020 in the Historic Planning seat. A tenacious advocate for residents’ rights, a results-oriented community leader, and a proven consensus-builder, Tanya will never stop working to improve our city.

Integrity, independence, civility, and thoughtful problem-solving will anchor and define Tanya’s role on the Commission, where she’ll work diligently to ensure Miami Beach remains one of the most vibrant and unique cities in America. Her priorities include attaining a balance between historic preservation and appropriate contextual growth; keeping our city safe and welcoming; promoting the right resiliency measures for each neighborhood; and finding common-sense solutions to our most pressing issues.

Tanya is a career marketing and branding professional who, among other things, spent six years running a global division of Converse. Growing up overseas in South America and Europe taught her that there are many approaches to finding a positive outcome, a perspective that favorably informs how she approaches opportunities, challenges, and life in general.

A current North Beach resident, Tanya moved to Miami Beach in 2003 seeking a diverse and warm community with world-class cultural offerings in which to raise her daughters. She is a graduate of Brown University, an unlikely endurance athlete, a dog rescuer, and is multilingual.

She joined Barclays in 2023 following over a decade of experience covering the Healthcare Technology and IT Services sectors. Prior to joining Barclays, Ms. Davis led coverage of the Healthcare Technology sector at SVB Securities, Citibank, and J.P. Morgan. Prior to Healthcare Technology, Ms. Davis was an Equity Research Analyst at J.P. Morgan on the #1 ranked Payments, Processors, and IT Services team. Ms. Davis ranked #3 in the Institutional Investor 2023 All America Research Team for Healthcare Technology and Distribution, and was recognized as a Runner-Up in both 2019 and 2022.
