​Marjorie Morrison is a visionary entrepreneur, accomplished mental health professional, and licensed clinician with over 30 years of clinical and business experience. Known for her ability to identify challenges and implement strategic solutions, she has made transformative contributions to the mental health sector.

In her leading role as the  SHRM Mental Health Executive-in-Residence. In that role, she is building the SHRM Foundation and SHRM’s global mental health vision and strategy, while also fostering the development and innovation of workplace mental health products and services.
Morrison developed a proactive counseling program for the Marine Corps that remains in use today and founded PsychArmor Institute, a pioneering nonprofit that trains civilians to better support veterans. Later, she co-founded Psych Hub with Patrick J. Kennedy, scaling it into a leading digital platform for mental health education with over 1,500 resources and 30 million YouTube views, along with connecting people to care.

​Neil is a healthcare strategy and innovation leader. As a partner at North Gate Group, he advises clients such as health systems, payors, and venture studios. Neil is or has been an Advisory Board Member and leader for multiple startups in the Oncology, BH, and value-based care space. In his career, Neil has been a health system leader and a chief strategy officer for a post-IPO health tech startup, NantHealth. At NantHealth, he was responsible for portfolio management and building a new value-based care product line. Neil speaks at and helps lead a number of health care conferences, including Health Impact, HPN, among many others.

​​Neil also spent a decade at leading consulting firms, leading strategy and transformation projects. Prior to that, he built a clinicogenomic platform of 12+Mio cancer patients at Exact Sciences, led the Digital Therapeutics program at Novartis, launched a mobile platform for community-based heart-health screening of underserved populations in Zambia, founded a real-world data and analytics company, and led the development of a digital health platform supporting HIV patients in India. Joris holds a PhD in Artificial Intelligence from the University of Amsterdam.

He also serves on scientific advisory boards in the US and Australia and holds advanced degrees from ETH Zurich.

Shobi Ahmed, MD, PhD, is a physician-scientist and historian-anthropologist working at the intersection of precision medicine, artificial intelligence, and neurotechnology. Shobi is the founder and CEO of Sama Therapeutics, which seeks to transform outcomes in both routine care and clinical trials for complex patients — synthesizing more objective, generative AI-powered biomarkers to eliminate trial-and-error — beginning with neuropsychiatry. In the last three years, Sama’s team has been leveraging a massively multimodal approach and cross-disciplinary skillset across systems biology and machine learning to push the boundaries of biomedical innovation.

Previously, Shobi led pre/clinical development pipelines, trained in pediatric critical care, and triangulated multiomics+natural language processing for drug discovery with pharmaceutical R&D partners. He studied immuno-oncology, medical anthropology, and ancient blasphemy/heresy law as an MD/PhD student at Yale and Harvard, and holds BS/BA degrees in biomedical engineering and history of science/philosophy from Johns Hopkins University.
