Shani is a 2025 MIT Sloan Fellows MBA graduate.

Yoni Aizer is a healthcare m strategist with deep expertise in the commercialization of healthcare products and services within complex provider environments. Currently serving as the Director of Sourcing at Mount Sinai Health System, Yoni leads the end-to-end introduction and implementation of new technologies across 7 hospitals and an extensive outpatient network.

A specialist in due diligence of companies and emerging technologies, Yoni leverages distinct knowledge in healthcare value assessments to evaluate healthcare companies and services and their market viability. He is recognized for his ability to bridge the gap between innovation and operations, utilizing cost-mitigating strategies and working capital improvements to drive significant organizational value.

Beyond his leadership role at Mount Sinai, Yoni serves as a Lecturer in Biomedical Commercialization at the Icahn School of Medicine, where he shares his expertise in navigating the clinical and financial hurdles of the healthcare supply chain.

He holds an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management and a B.S. from Binghamton University.

Currently, Mila is leading AI Governance at Atlantic Health, one of the largest health systems in New Jersey, where she develops frameworks and leads the execution of AI technology evaluation, implementation design, and impact measurement.
