Alexander Reichert is Senior Engineering Manager at Doctolib and brings more than 13 years of engineering and leadership experience across fast-growing tech companies. He currently leads engineering teams working on complex product and platform challenges in healthtech, focusing strongly on legacy migrations and evolving monolithic systems toward service-oriented architectures. Before joining Doctolib, Alexander held senior leadership roles at companies including MarleySpoon and heycar, and was also part of a founding team building search and RAG systems. He is passionate about scaling teams, driving technical transformation, and building technology that delivers meaningful impact.

Thomas Hagemeijer is the founder of HGM Advisory, a decentralised HealthTech consultancy that helps senior leaders drive healthcare innovation. He works with pharma companies, MedTech firms, investors, startups, hospitals, and policymakers, focusing on business models, go-to-market strategies, and commercial due diligence. As a business angel with Springboard Health Angels, Thomas invests in early-stage AI and HealthTech startups. He is also an ambassador for HLTH Europe – the leading HealthTech conference and HBI – a conference on Private Equity in Healthcare.
