Kanishka Rao is a healthcare entrepreneur and innovator dedicated to transforming patient care through early intervention in chronic diseases. He teamed up with his father—an AI pioneer in healthcare—to found Carenostics, an AI-driven care management platform. Their mission is to address the massive underdiagnosis and undertreatment of chronic illnesses in the United States, where nearly 100 million Americans live with undetected conditions. Previously founded and led McKinsey’s healthcare startup practice. Recently he was named to Forbes 30 Under 30 for healthcare.

​Rachel is a healthcare operations leader who has worked for two health systems, three healthtech start-ups, and one payer. She has experience in value-based care (Remedy Partners), clinical decision support (MDCalc), and digital health (Mount Sinai), and led functions ranging from product operations and project management to quality and care redesign implementation.

​Julia is a Principal at Rock Health Advisory, a digital health strategy group. She is focused on developing healthcare innovation strategies in support of enterprise organizations, including large-scale healthcare companies and new entrants. Julia also serves as a Scout for Rock Health Capital, an early-stage venture fund, identifying promising startups at the leading edge of healthcare and technology. Prior to Rock Health, Julia worked as a life sciences consultant, where she developed go-to-market and commercial strategies for biopharma companies. Julia has deep experience in and is passionate about innovation focused on cardio-metabolic health, mental and behavioral health, and the health of women.
