​Alex Koshykov is a co-founder of BeKey and a digital health expert who constantly shares news, introduces promising technologies, and promotes secure software & hardware for the healthcare industry on his YouTube channel. Additionally, he is a co-founder of YODD, a medical device startup.

​Yoav Fisher is currently the Startup and Innovation Lead at I-Next Data and Head of NEXT-Horizon, the preeminent startup acceleration program for health-tech innovation in Israel, both of which are part of Tel Aviv Medical Center.

​Yoav comes from an extensive background in health innovation and a deep familiarity with the Israeli ecosystem, and was formerly Head of Strategic Innovation at HealthIL – the national ecosystem for healthcare innovation in Israel.

​Prior to HealthIL, Yoav worked for TriVentures, one of the leading health-focused venture firms in Israel, and continues to work as an angel investor with his investing partner. Yoav is also a frequent speaker and writer on the topic of healthcare innovation.

​Dr. Alexander Itskovich is a senior healthcare executive, hepatobiliary surgeon, and physician scientist. He currently serves as the medical director of oncology services at CentraState healthcare system, an Atlantic Health System partner. Under his leadership, the organization’s Statesir Cancer Center has transformed from a community program to a tertiary cancer center. In his clinical practice, Dr. Itskovich specializes in the surgery of the liver, pancreas, and gastrointestinal tract. In 2024, he was recognized in a resolution by the State Senate of New Jersey for his work on cancer care delivery in the region. Most recently, he was the recipient of The NJBIZ magazine 2025 Physician of the Year. Dr Itskovich has a special interest in AI safety and patient-facing AI implementation. He serves as an advisor for startups seeking to navigate partnering with healthcare systems.

​Jennifer Polo, BSN, RN, OCN, is the Nurse Coordinator for the Cellular Therapy and Transplant Program at Pennsylvania Hospital. In this role, she provides care coordination, nurse navigation, and patient education for patients undergoing stem cell transplants or CAR-T Therapy.  She is passionate about quality improvement in patient oncology education and care coordination.  Most recently, she worked to advance the delivery of electronic platform patient education for autologous stem cell transplant and CAR-T patients, and was awarded an Innovation Accelerator Grant from the University of Pennsylvania. She is a published academic, with her work appearing in the Clinical Journal of Oncology, and has presented her work both locally and nationally at the Oncology Nursing Society Congress and the ASTCT Tandem Conference. She is an avid fan of technology, using tools such as ChatGPT to help patients with insurance denials and data tools to help improve healthcare efficiency and delivery.

​Dr. Indraneil Mukherjee, MBBS, MD, FACS, is a Licensed and Board-certified faculty surgeon practicing as a Minimal Invasive – Abdominal wall, Foregut and Hepatobiliary Surgeon at Staten Island University Hospital – Northwell Health. He is the Program Director of Advance Gastrointestinal and Minimal Invasive Surgery Fellowship. He is the Associate Program Director of the General Surgery Residency Program.  He was the clerkship director for the medical students and is a Clinical Associate Professor involved in training students from various schools.  He also holds various administrative positions for the department, hospital, and the health system, including the Blood Avoidance Program, Surgical Research, and Faculty Development.

​George Mathew, M.D. M.B.A. FACP has worked at the intersection of healthcare, business, and technology for the last 25 years.

​His experience includes consulting, technology development, and business development work at GE, Goldman Sachs and Co., WebMD, Pfizer, Medidata Solutions, Aetna/CVS, Hewlett-Packard Enterprise Services, and DXC Technology. Dr. Mathew’s career has always emphasized innovation in healthcare, having founded a healthcare technology start-up earlier in his career, and having advised several novel healthcare startups until co-founding Times Health, a privacy-based generative AI chatbot.

Sergei Polevikov has decades of deep experience in math, statistics, and AI, with four graduate degrees spanning mathematics, economics, finance, and machine learning. He has authored over 30 peer-reviewed publications and manuscripts. His work is driven by a relentless pursuit of brutal truth in healthcare. That mission has led him to become not just a founder of successful healthcare AI and digital health startups, but also a healthcare fraud investigator. Today, Sergei is focused on health AI education and truth-telling. He runs the podcast “Digital Health Inside Out” (with his co-host Alex Koshykov) and the Substack “AI Health Uncut“, which has grown rapidly to over 8,000 subscribers in just a few short months.
