Thomas Hagemeijer is the founder of HGM Advisory, a decentralised HealthTech consultancy that helps senior leaders drive healthcare innovation. He works with pharma companies, MedTech firms, investors, startups, hospitals, and policymakers, focusing on business models, go-to-market strategies, and commercial due diligence. As a business angel with Springboard Health Angels, Thomas invests in early-stage AI and HealthTech startups. He is also an ambassador for HLTH Europe – the leading HealthTech conference and HBI – a conference on Private Equity in Healthcare.

Elena Sterlin: Elena’s experience spans across healthcare, finance, and technology sectors. She has extensive knowledge of scaling businesses and driving innovation in the US and emerging markets, thanks to her leadership roles at the International Finance Corporation and the Vitality Group. Currently, Elena is the CEO of 3L, an investment and advisory company supporting Israeli health tech startups focused on shifting the health sector from treating the sick to preventing and managing disease.

Yulie Klerman: Yulie is an accomplished leader with 15 years of experience driving innovation and commercial strategy in the digital health and health tech sectors. She has a proven track record of launching and scaling products, building strategic partnerships, and fostering growth across diverse markets in Asia, Europe, and the US. At 3L, Yulie leads GTM advisory work, supporting 3L’s portfolio clients and other startups in identifying the most effective path to scale and fundraise in the US market.
