​Nick Culbertson is the Managing Director of Techstars AI Health Baltimore, powered by Johns Hopkins University and CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield. The mission of the Techstars AI Health Baltimore accelerator is to empower AI healthcare startups to achieve rapid commercial traction through mentorship, resources, and network access, accelerating their path to market leadership and sustainable impact.

Bradley Tusk is a venture capitalist, political strategist, philanthropist, and writer. He is the co-founder and Managing Partner of Tusk Venture Partners, the world’s first venture capital fund that invests solely in early-stage startups in highly regulated industries, and the founder of political consulting firm Tusk Strategies. He also recently launched Tusk Ventures, an equity-for-service firm offering world-class regulatory, communications, and strategic expertise to help startups and growing businesses to navigate regulation, expand into new markets, and reduce regulatory and political risk.

Bradley’s family foundation is funding and leading the national campaign to bring mobile voting to all U.S. elections. Tusk Philanthropies also runs and funds anti-hunger campaigns that have led to the creation of anti-hunger policies and programs, including universal school breakfast programs, in 21 different states, helping to feed nearly 13 million people.

​Evan is a principal at Morgan Health focused on investing in growth-stage companies engaged in the employer-sponsored health insurance market. Previously, Evan co-led the value-based solutions business at Aetion, a real-world evidence company that is now part of Datavant. Prior to Aetion, Evan served as an investor at Healthbox, where he supported the DaVita Venture Group Fund. He also led corporate development and payer strategy at Genoa Healthcare, a long-term care pharmacy company acquired by OptumRx during his tenure.

Alex Mohseni, MD, is a 50-state licensed Emergency Medicine physician and the founder of ClinX Academy (business training for physicians), cofounder of Deckdrop (AI deep research agent for VCs), PC owner of multiple digital health startups operating in various domains, including cardiopulmonary rehab, dementia, longevity, diabetes, and weight loss; cohost of the Mastering Medicare podcast, and runs a small agency deploying custom AI solutions for clients such as law firms.
Alex was previously the Senior National Medical Director for Optum Health, leading Care Transformation initiatives for Optum’s Medicare Advantage members, where he built programs to make care more efficient for seniors. Prior to that, he was the Chief Innovation Officer of Emergency Medicine Associates, a large regional multi-specialty practice where he optimized his practice’s management of its employees and 1 M+ annual patient encounters and also built the practice’s population-health-focused telemedicine program with a Medicaid MCO.

With over two decades in musculoskeletal and digital health, Alex has dedicated his career to transforming patient care through innovation and strategic insight. His expertise spans clinical intervention management, digital health integration, and the development of value-based care platforms that align provider incentives with patient outcomes.

Throughout the journey, Alex has pioneered biomarker-driven programs that advance personalized treatment approaches and optimize clinical pathways for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
