Peter Micca has over 30 years of experience with a global professional services firm advising a broad array of organizations in all sectors of the healthcare, technology, and life sciences industries, including significant experience with emerging growth private equity, venture capital, and strategic investor-financed companies. Peter brings practical, in-depth knowledge of industry business issues and emerging trends surrounding consumerism, convergence, cost considerations, regulatory and compliance issues, and consolidation.

In his current role, Peter leads the development of national strategy, including client service, quality, business development, marketing, and eminence, with organizations developing innovative and disruptive technology and services to the industry.

Peter has served in various advisory roles with several prominent domestic and global industry organizations, including Columbia Business School Digital Health Innovation Program, the New York University Endless Frontier Labs, the advisory boards of St. John’s University, Tobin College of Business, and School of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, and the Digital Health Innovation Summit. Peter is a graduate of St. John’s University, The Peter J. Tobin College of Business, with an M.S. in Accounting and Finance.

Based in Astoria, NYC, Bailey Morgan is a versatile healthtech leader who merges clinical expertise with business acumen to accelerate healthcare innovation and community impact. Having started her career as a medical speech language pathologist working within inpatient facilities throughout the boroughs of NYC, she saw firsthand how behind the healthcare tech ecosystem was compared to industries such as tech or finance.

After leaving healthcare to move into the healthtech startup space, Bailey has since raised over $10M in capital, led several successful sales and marketing teams through go-to-market stages in both SaaS and CPG, and has closed over $2M in technology sales herself. She currently serves as Chief of Staff at Groth Pain & Spine, a pain management practice with 10+ locations and 40+ providers, where she leads the change management and technology integrations for the practices acquisitions.

In addition to consulting with various healthcare technology companies, Bailey is a Director and the Treasurer for an NYC-based dementia-focused nonprofit that employs individuals living with dementia and supports families and caregivers.

​Dr. Elizabeth Lewis is a pediatric anesthesiologist turned entrepreneur and investor who brings operating room discipline to HealthTech growth. She founded MedVest Hub, an invite‑only, white‑glove healthcare boutique that rigorously vets startups and pairs them with a global network of strategic partners and impact investors. Drawing on years of leading high-intensity OR teams, Dr. Lewis helps founders build meaningful relationships that translate into project development, impactful market launches, and trajectory growth.
