Todd Schwarzinger joined the Cleveland Clinic in January 2022 as a Partner with Cleveland Clinic Ventures, where he helps lead investment efforts in healthcare technology companies and supports the enterprise’s strategy to bring the most innovative technology to the Cleveland Clinic. Todd joined the Cleveland Clinic with over 20 years of investing, innovation leadership, investment banking, and consulting experience in healthcare and life sciences. His work focuses on identifying, supporting, and scaling transformative solutions that align with the Cleveland Clinic’s mission to enhance patient care and revolutionize healthcare delivery. Todd serves on the Boards of Cleveland Clinic portfolio companies Centerline Biomedical, Method AI, 1m, Sports Data Labs, Mobius Care, and Zehna Therapeutics.

Prior to joining the Cleveland Clinic, Todd led the launch of the Veale Institute for Entrepreneurship at Case Western Reserve University, where he remains an Adjunct Professor in Entrepreneurial Finance, and served as a Venture Partner with Refinery Ventures. Todd also served as a Managing Director and head of the Life Sciences and Healthcare practice at Silicon Valley Bank (SVB) for the Bay Area and Pacific Northwest. Todd and his team focused on lending, banking, and relationship solutions for healthcare clients of all life stages, spanning biopharma, medical device, digital health, diagnostics, and life science tools.

Prior to joining SVB, Todd was an Executive Director in the healthcare investment banking division at Morgan Stanley,  where he advised a broad range of medical device and biopharmaceutical clients on mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, the equity and debt capital markets. In his nearly nine-year career at Morgan Stanley across both London and New York, he was responsible for life sciences M&A transactions totaling over $5 billion and raised over $3 billion in capital markets transactions spanning North America, Europe, and Asia.

Todd holds a bachelor’s in finance from Miami University and received his MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.

Sergei Polevikov is a Ph.D.-trained data scientist, AI entrepreneur, economist, and quant investor with 30+ academic manuscripts. As the author of the popular Substack newsletter “AI Health Uncut,” with nearly 10,000 subscribers, he delivers brutally honest insights drawn from his experience as a healthcare AI startup founder at WellAI and Chart2Chart, and as a private equity investor. His work is driven by a relentless pursuit of brutal truth in healthcare. That mission has pushed him beyond building products and into investigating healthcare fraud. Today, Sergei focuses on health AI education and truth-telling. He also co-hosts the podcast “Digital Health Inside Out” with Alex Koshykov.

​Shani Fargun is VP of Healthcare at StackAI, where she leads strategy and go-to-market for AI agent workflow automation in healthcare. She brings cross-sector experience across payers, providers, and medical devices, with a focus on deploying compliant AI systems that reduce operational burden and improve execution. Shani is a 2025 MIT Sloan Fellows MBA graduate.

Yoni Aizer is a healthcare m strategist with deep expertise in the commercialization of healthcare products and services within complex provider environments. Currently serving as the Director of Sourcing at Mount Sinai Health System, Yoni leads the end-to-end introduction and implementation of new technologies across 7 hospitals and an extensive outpatient network.

A specialist in due diligence of companies and emerging technologies, Yoni leverages distinct knowledge in healthcare value assessments to evaluate healthcare companies and services and their market viability. He is recognized for his ability to bridge the gap between innovation and operations, utilizing cost-mitigating strategies and working capital improvements to drive significant organizational value.

Beyond his leadership role at Mount Sinai, Yoni serves as a Lecturer in Biomedical Commercialization at the Icahn School of Medicine, where he shares his expertise in navigating the clinical and financial hurdles of the healthcare supply chain.

He holds an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management and a B.S. from Binghamton University.

​Mila Orlovsky is a Data Science and Analytics leader in the Healthtech industry, with two decades of experience spanning hospitals, health systems, and medical AI startups. She has held both technical data development and executive leadership roles, and brings expertise at the intersection of AI algorithm development and its implementation and analysis in healthcare organizations.
Currently, Mila is leading AI Governance at Atlantic Health, one of the largest health systems in New Jersey, where she develops frameworks and leads the execution of AI technology evaluation, implementation design, and impact measurement.

​Guy Milhalter is a business-minded technology transactions attorney who advises technology companies, startups, and health IT companies on complex, strategic transactions. He regularly counsels clients on legal risk, governance, and the commercial deployment of AI technologies.
