Yatin is an Internal Medicine physician dedicated to fostering innovation in healthcare. Currently serving as a Managing Partner at D4HI Venture Fund 2021, he facilitates investments by physicians in early-stage healthcare startups. With $6 million deployed across 7 startups, Yatin’s leadership is instrumental in driving a positive impact.

​His extensive experience spans over 15 years, encompassing roles in healthcare investment and management. His previous role as an Implementing Program Director involved overseeing the successful rollout and turnaround of Hospitalist programs nationwide.

​Amir is a Clinical Scientist, Strategic Advisor, and Global Thought Leader at the forefront of Digital Health, Artificial Intelligence, and Modern Medicine. He is on a mission to bring together the brightest minds from far-ranging disciplines to create a community of like-minded individuals who keep pushing the boundaries of tech innovation and AI solutions for better patient care.

​Amir sits on the advisory board of multiple medtech startups and holds strategic consulting roles with leading pharmaceutical companies. In the startup world, he works with promising companies to develop clinically validated products, helps them break into the pharma and healthcare arenas, and sets them up for sustainable growth and commercial success. In the biotech industry, he works with drug companies on developing smart digital solutions across the pipeline, helping them drive impact and adoption at scale. During his time at Pfizer, he led the development of wearable tech and remote monitoring solutions for gene therapy trials, primarily in rare diseases. Prior to pharma, he was a PI on numerous clinical trials as a Neurology Faculty and Professor of Pediatrics at Harvard Medical School.
