She has experience in value-based care (Remedy Partners), clinical decision support (MDCalc), and digital health (Mount Sinai), and led functions ranging from product operations and project management to quality and care redesign implementation.

​Julia is a Principal at Rock Health Advisory, a digital health strategy group. She is focused on developing healthcare innovation strategies in support of enterprise organizations, including large-scale healthcare companies and new entrants. Julia also serves as a Scout for Rock Health Capital, an early-stage venture fund, identifying promising startups at the leading edge of healthcare and technology. Prior to Rock Health, Julia worked as a life sciences consultant, where she developed go-to-market and commercial strategies for biopharma companies. Julia has deep experience in and is passionate about innovation focused on cardio-metabolic health, mental and behavioral health, and the health of women.
